Naturally, we looked at this proud piece of Angus food heritage and thought…
“Could we make it into a brownie?”
And so, for ONE DAY ONLY, meet the Arbroath Choc-ie.

We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our small, friendly, family-based team at our busy pizza kitchen in Carnoustie.

👨‍🍳 THE ROLE

You’ll be helping us produce our range of pizzas, with duties including:

🍕 Pizza preparation & topping
🔪 General food preparation
📦 Packaging finished products
🧹 Cleaning & keeping the kitchen organised
🤝 Working alongside our small production team

*No previous kitchen experience? No problem.*

Experience would be a bonus, but it’s **not essential as full training will be provided**. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, enjoys being part of a team and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!

⏰ Flexible shift hours – could work well for parents looking for shifts around school drop off hours e.g. 9:30 - 3:30

We are so excited for the return of Smokie Fest this Sunday at the Arbroath Signal Tower Museum.

Fun starts at 12 noon and we do hope Smokie Joe makes another surprise appearance.

✨ GUARDSWELL, WE’RE COMING! ✨

This Wednesday (3pm-7pm) is the LAST Guardswell Farm Produce Market of the year and obviously we intend to see it out in the only way we know how… with an entirely unreasonable amount of deliciousness. 🤎

Expect a table packed with brownies, decadent treats and plenty more Artisana gorgeousness — basically all the things you absolutely didn’t need until you saw them. 😂

❤️ THANK YOU, ROTTAL & ARBROATH!

What a weekend! 🥰

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to see us at rottal_steading Food & Drink Festival and Arbroath Market 9th Birthday this weekend.

You ate brownies. You drank hot chocolate. You made a very respectable dent in the gelato. 😂 And, as always, you reminded us just how lucky we are to have such brilliant customers supporting our wee Angus business. ❤️

Now… we have a question for you.

🍦 GELATO LOVERS — WE NEED YOUR OPINION! 🍦

Summer is technically departing (although Scotland could surprise us… 😬), which means Bella will soon be swapping her summer gelato duties for Luxe Hot Chocolates, brownies and all things warm, gooey and decadent. 🍫🔥

BUT… does that really mean gelato season has to end?

We’re wondering whether there would be enough interest in offering pre-ordered tubs of Artisana gelato for collection at our markets through the autumn and winter.

We could make a selection of flavours available to order in advance, pack them up ready for you and bring them along for collection — meaning you can still have a freezer stash of your favourites even when Bella has gone into winter mode. 👀🍦

So before we start plotting…
