My name is Elaine and I'm the owner and creator of Delaney’s Gluten Free Bakehouse.
I am a passionate cook and baker, with a diploma in professional cookery and have always love to bake. When diagnosed as gluten & dairy intolerant, I thought my days of creating those delicious bakes were gone. However, recreating and developing recipes to make them gluten & dairy free inspired and motivated me to produce delicious delights for myself and others to enjoy.
With support of my family, I decided to open a 100% dedicated gluten free bakehouse which caters to anyone who loves traditional home made baked products.
