They chose a single tier wedding cake with hand made sugar flowers using Saracino pasta bouquet and a mix of cupcakes in white and sage green and pearls.

The Bride and Groom chose a three tier cake with hand made sugar flowers, two tiers with a semi naked finish and fondant in sage green for the bottom tier.

I recently had the pleasure of making this pretty cake for a very special Mum on her 80th Birthday.

I’ve known the lovely lady since I was little and it was such a pleasure to be able to make a cake for her.

Cake was lemon sponge and filling covered in ganache and lemon buttercream.
Hand made sugar roses and flowers in white, lemons and pale blues using pasta bouquet.

Elaine it was a joy to make your cake. I hope you had a wonderful day celebrating with your lovely family. Happy 80th Birthday to you. 💛🩵🤍
