Its been a little while but I had the joy of making this drip cake yesterday for some very special people!

Vanilla funfetti sponge cake with strawberry buttercream icing and white chocolate ganache.

This was originally won as part of a raffle where all proceeds went to the kids out charity. If you haven't heard of this charity I recommend you take a look. They do amazing things 😘
