Have you met Claire?
You may recognise her as she used to run her own Athena groups before stepping back to focus on her coaching career.
She is now a FANTASTIC Somatic Relationship Coach, focusing on women connecting with their mind and body to realise who they are now and who they can be. I'm constantly blown away by her commitment to women and supporting them to be their very best selves.
I've always known Claire loves Athena, as she was one of the first group leaders I met when I joined in 2014, but I loved the feedback she gave us recently:
