Worked here in India, worked in the US for couple of years! I’m not flaunting...not yet! Came back and like the usual…got a job! The first day I was stepping out my 4 year old held my hand and said…”Mommy I promise I wont trouble, I will listen and be a good girl, but don’t leave me and go! Yes yes it was a melt down! That day I waved a good bye to that corporate world! It all started around Anish
ka’s 5th birthday, she wanted a castle for her cake! I looked around with the bakeries but nothing fancy nancy! So decided to bake one for her! My husband thought I have completely lost it! I knew my cakes taste godly and I am a very good artist what else do you need! So I baked and crafted a 7 kg princess castle cake! Woo Hoo!!! Not only did I bake the cake but made mouth melting brownies and crazy chocolates! Kids off course enjoyed but the adults loved them too! People actually started ordering! Yeah me! When that little kid squeals in excitement to see the cake, when that guy bites into that bad ass chocolate with the liquor oozing out…when that lady bites into a high fashion bag, stilettos or a strand of pearl beads all made of chocolates, turns around and says such a pity I had to eat this! Oh it’s not only surreal but so satisfying! “The joy that you get with the joyful expressions” and off course I get paid! I have just started this amazing journey and I am thoroughly enjoying what I’m doing! My journey has just begun…. Happy caking and choclating! Chao!
