That’s a wrap! 🎄 All Christmas cake orders are officially complete. I had one special request for a fully decorated cake, which you can see in the photo.

All of the cakes are Jamaican rum fruit cakes, made with blended, soaked fruits for that rich, traditional flavour.

A huge thank you to all of my amazing customers for your support — it truly means a lot ❤️

I'll be taking some orders for Jamaican 🇯🇲 rum/fruit cakes 🎂 this Christmas! 🎁

Although I am no longer taking orders during the year, I've decided that I will do some for Christmas ONLY!

You have until 30 November to make your order. Just DM me.

It's been a little while. Here is a lovely 5 tier cake that I did for a beautiful wedding today.

It consists of a victoria sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and lemon cake with lemon buttercream.

Here's a pale pink and sage green wedding cake that I did for a wedding today.

I'm not baking much anymore, as I'm back in my original career, HR.

Apologies to those who I've had to turn down orders for, but to be able to make high quality cakes, I have to use my precious annual leave.

I've now honoured all orders received prior to going back into the HR world.

The cake looks lovely against the balloons.

Here's a cake I did last month. Just a simple Arsenal cake with a fully edible, handmade 3D logo on the front.

Having a husband who supports Chelsea and a daughter who supports Spurs, you can imagine the looks as I was decorating this. 🤣

The birthday boy was over the moon! His mother said he didn't want to cut it.
