💜 A massive thank you from Cookies by Double M💜

Writing this is harder than I can put into words.

Cookies by Double M has been part of my life for over three years. Behind every celebration cake, cupcake and handmade sweet treat has been so much love, dedication and hard work. Being part of your special moments here in Milton Keynes has meant the world to me.

Finding out that Cookies by Double M has won a Fave Award 2026, thanks to your votes, is deeply touching especially during such a difficult chapter in my life. 🏆💜

To everyone who nominated me, voted for me, placed an order or recommended my little baking business: thank you from the bottom of my heart. This recognition means more than you know. 🙏

At the moment, Cookies by Double M is taking a pause while I focus on my health and give my body the rest it needs. Above all, I am a mum to three children, and looking after myself matters for them and for me.

I am not quite ready to speak openly about everything I have been through. It is deeply personal, and I hope you will understand that I need time. There will be a decision to make about the future of my business, but when you have poured so much of your heart into something, that decision is never easy.

For now, I am taking things one day at a time. I will still share posts here, and I am grateful to stay connected with this lovely community.

Thank you for choosing Cookies by Double M, for believing in my work and for making this award possible. Your kindness will always stay with me. 💜

With love and gratitude,
Maria

✨🎤 KPop Demon Hunters Birthday Cake 🎂💜

Apparently I’m officially entering my KPop era… whether I was ready or not! 🤣🙃
A gorgeous mix of pink, purple, sparkle, music and KPop vibes for this special birthday creation. 🎶⭐💜 I absolutely loved bringing all these little details together especially that pink-to-purple finish!
Every cake teaches me something new… including keeping up with what the kids are watching these days! 😂

✨ 18- a milestone that deserves something unforgettable. ✨
Who said celebration cakes have to follow the rules? 🖤🩷✨
Bold black, soft pink, touches of gold, a little sparkle and plenty of sweets an unexpected combination that came together beautifully. 🎂✨
I absolutely loved creating this one. Different, modern, a little dramatic and completely unique exactly how a milestone cake should feel. 🥰
Because at Cookies by Double M, it’s not about following trends… it’s about bringing YOUR vision to life. 💖
Thank you Lindsay 💜

✨ Growth has no finish line and today, I am celebrating another exciting step in my journey!

I am incredibly grateful to have been selected as one of only 50 participants worldwide for the Food and Sustainability Certificate Program with the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability. 😇🌱

My experience in food operations, waste reduction, leadership, CSR and compliance has helped me earn this opportunity. As a global programme, it will expose me to international perspectives and strengthen the knowledge and professional value I can bring to future organisations.

I am also excited to build a powerful global network of professionals who share the same commitment to creating more sustainable food systems.

And with a three-day on-campus experience in Rome… Italy, here I come! 🇮🇹✈️
Proud, grateful and excited for this new chapter. The journey continues! 💚

Today, I want to celebrate not just a birthday, but a truly special person who has been part of my journey since the very beginning. 🤍✨

Happy Birthday, beautiful! 🎂🥂💗

You are one of those customers who became so much more than a customer. You have supported me from the start, and every time you have a special event or celebration, you come back to me and I honestly cannot tell you how much that means to me. 🥹❤️

But what makes you even more special is that you inspire me. I see your ambition, your dreams, your determination, and the purpose you have in your heart. You have your own goals and a beautiful vision for your life, and watching you work towards them makes me incredibly proud. ✨

I am SO proud of everything you have achieved and all the amazing things that are still ahead of you. You deserve to celebrate every single success, big and small! 🥂🎓✨

And today is even more special knowing that your wonderful mum is here to celebrate your birthday with you and that she will also be there to see you graduate. ❤️ What a beautiful and precious moment for both of you. I am genuinely so, so happy for you!

Keep believing in yourself, keep chasing your dreams, and never forget how far you have already come. I am incredibly proud of you and so grateful that Cookies by Double M has been able to be part of your celebrations along the way. 🤍
Wishing you the happiest birthday and a future filled with success, happiness, purpose and everything your heart desires! 🎂🎉🎓✨
Happy Birthday! Keep shining you deserve it all! 💗✨

Behind every successful man is often someone who believes in him every single day... and this beautiful cake tells that story. ❤️

This surprise was lovingly planned by an incredible wife who wanted to celebrate not only her husband's passion, but also the family that stands beside him through every step of the journey. Every detail was chosen with love to reflect what matters most to him. 😇
It was such an honour to bring her vision to life and create a cake that celebrates love, support, family, and dreams. Thank you for trusting Cookies by Double M 💜 to be part of such a meaningful surprise.
Wishing you both many more reasons to celebrate together! ✨
