Loved creating these beautiful buttercream floral cupcakes for a special 40th birthday celebration.

Taking inspiration from the garden for the colours and florals. I thoroughly enjoyed matching the soft pink tones of the open roses with the dusky pink cosmos.
*Almost* too pretty to eat!? Right!

These would make a lovely gift or would look stunning at a wedding 💒👰

Well....I like challenges but this brief was a tricky one! 🫣
A little inside family joke resulted in Reuban's cake being a bath tub moment! 🛁

This 6inch 4 layer Chocolate sponge with a creamy chocolate buttercream filling was coated in a thin layer of vanilla buttercream to replicate water. Hand moulded Sugarpaste models including a bath with Reuban asleep inside, bathroom tile flooring, bathmat and bubbles. All using pasta model and cover Sugarpaste.

Check out this beauty 😍
A sprig of Cherry Blossom, made using flower paste. This paste is wonderful to work with and smells gorgeous!
