That's a wrap! ✅
What a great last 2 days we've had this week baking over 100 loaves, 78 focaccia, 3 pizzas, 5 trays of brownies, 16 granola and 24 muffins.
16 hours of back to back baking!!
That's over 15kg of Olivia gluten John 🙂 who is well and truly resting.
Thank you to everyone who supported us this week, apologise to anyone who came for bread when we sold out 🍞 I couldn't fit any more loaves in my fridges!!! 🙈

It's now time for a short break, to Catch up on sleep, and rest my hands and wrists before the clean down and closure begins.
I am going to miss you all, you've not only become our loyal customers, but you've also become our friends! Thank you for the best journey, it's been one to remember 🥰🌈
