So, remember i said, i have one more thing to announce that i feel deserves a post of it's own? 🤔 Here it is....

So, you know how, i tend to fill up slots quite quickly due to only doing this around work hours? 💪 I am now opening my diary and a lot more slots of availibility! 😁 I am starting a new job on Tuesday, that is predominantly daytime hours, therefore freeing up my evenings to advertise, bake, create content and much much more! 💯📷🤳🎂🥮🥞🧁

How exciting yes? 👀

It's been a long time coming, but now i talk less because i'm working more! 💪💪 Goals to achieve! '

I had 3 days in the kitchen this week and last week just creating and baking and it just felt right! Blissful, doing what i love, i know, this is what i want to do long-term! ❤️💜 Big ideas & big things coming..... As the old saying goes:

Multiple custom birthday cakes(some really cool ones coming up!)
Potentially, entering a local ish baking competetion with a variety of goodies, just for fun this one, but if i can win or do well, it's bragging rights 😂🙈🙌
2 wedding cakes booked(so far)
Launching my brownie range(so close to being happy enough to launch!) 😁
A local charity event in October that i am catering for(a little bit of sweet & savoury with some welsh twists 😜😋🤤) More on this very soon! 👀
And 1 other very big thing that i will post seperately in the coming days.... 🤪

Cake i made for my niece Gracie! 😋🤤 There was a 3rd lolly, in the light blue and yellow colour, however my niece got hold of that before photo's could be taken 😂🙈 Overall, a good cake this one! 🤪 💯

Introducing my Banoffee-ish Brownie!

Fudgy dark chocolate brownie
Roasted banana compote insert (with a lil splash of barti rum but don't tell the mrs, she gets very protective of her barti 😜🙈)
Vanilla cream
Caramel
Dark chocolate shavings
Toasted walnut
Caramalised banana
And my famous, banana skin crisp

This is such an indulgent brownie! Fudgy, sweet, bitter, crunchy, chocolately, banana-ey and that vanilla cream cuts through it all! 🤤😋

Coffee and cacao nib brownie

Rich, indulgent, fudgy dark chocolate brownie, with a hit of espresso, and bitter crunch from the cacao nibs! Decorated with a rocher of a light, mousse like, whipped coffee cream, crushed cacao nib, gold leaf 😋🤤 💯

Rest of the flavours announced soon, some classics with twists and one that's very adventurous but equally delicious!

Rich, indulgent, seriously chocolatey brownies, with a few little twists that we're keeping under wraps for now… 🤫
We're busy in the kitchen testing, tweaking and perfecting each flavour before we let them loose on you.

So Monday, we visited Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice. Of course, I had to bring them a treat of some kind, they have been such an incredible shoulder to lean and cry on over the last 2 years! Anyhow, I had some banana's that needed using up so i decides to create a "banana bread" but cake style! And what a triumph it was!! 💯 Such a lovely message received from one of the ladies at Ty Hafan! 🥰

We are going to be pushing things more now going forward, just waiting on one last thing and we are finally ready here at Natty G's ! 💯💪

I know i've been a little all over the place with this cakes and bakes hobby, some things i've put out and i've been so proud, other things not so much! I know now, that's because i wasn't mentally ready, it was a coping mechanism/distraction! NOW, i'm ready! 💪💪I'm back in the gym, running regular, practicing skills and looking at courses to be the best i can be! And, i'm around 30kg lighter than i was 2-3 months ago, i'm so much stronger mentally and physically!! 🙌 Some say having a mental breakdown is a negative, but it gave me the kick up the arse i needed! 👍 If i didnt hit rock bottom, i wouldnt be the person i am now! 💯

If there's one thing people love, it's a COMEBACK story! 😜 Watch this space.... 👀 Got some big things booked in already! 🙏
