Mini drip cake.

A 5 inch mini drip cake loaded with chocolates.
Vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache.

It wasn't an easy task to do with temperatures over 28 degrees in my kitchen but I got there in the end!
