Just a reminder I am away from the 10th June - 15th June
I have availability before we go away for traybakes, round sponges, cupcakes and celebration cakes, I can also do any orders for you to freeze at home to either defrost for a specific date or just to get you through the few days I'm away 😉 pop me a message and I'll see what I can do.
I've got good few celebration cakes and cupcakes in this week but also working through a few requests for the shop too (cinnamon rolls, brownie creme egg scotch eggs, Bueno shortbread to name a few)

if I get a chance Ill try and do some cheesecakes too, keep your eyes peeled for a separate post for those if I'm able to 😊

Good morning, I am back and the shop is open today until 3pm if you can brave this heat!
I have had the best weekend, I headed to blackpool on Thursday evening and stayed in a hotel overnight before heading to park up near the air B&B on Friday morning.
Had a beautiful walk through a stunning park with a boating lake (was hard to believe Blackpool was just behind me,) to get to Blackpool zoo, where there was an 8 month old elephant who had the cutest zoomies 😍 and a good selection of other animals and their babies.
When I finally finished there I headed back to blackpool sea front to meet one of the girls from the hen do, and we walked about a bit before heading to the air B&B to help set up. the house was incredible!
The bride arrived and was greeted with everyone waiting for her and her older sister dressed in a pink inflatable cow costume (the hendo was last rodeo themed) We all got ready and went out out to coyote Ugly bar for a night out.
The following morning we was woken up the smell of bacon which was very much needed, we chilled for a few hours before going out for an ice cream, walk on the pier and the beach, before heading back for a girls night in.
Sunday morning we was up bright and early and I headed to Bradford to meet my friend before going to slamdunk festival, we saw some incredible bands, it was a very nostalgic year line up wise, most bands hadn't toured in 8 years + so was incredibly lucky to see them, favorite of the day hands down was tonight alive, her energy was amazing, and dashboard confessional. It it was ridiculously hot, so we spent most the day sitting rather than being in the crowds like we would normally do.
After the headliner Good Charlotte, we caught the shuttle bus back to Leeds, checked into the hotel and went out out to the after parties around Leeds, particularly the key club where my friend has spent many nights out. Heading home yesterday was uncomfortably hot but very happy to have my own bed again. Achy and tired is an understatement and to top it off we are heading to Nottingham this evening for an intimate gig 😂😴 wish me luck
