It’s a proper faff to make, but worth it!.

Top tip!
If the marshmallow doesn’t set as well as it should, add some more egg whites, whisk in and set in the fridge.
This method saved this batch today!

Vegan cakes are so popular for me! Especially at Tilly's Tea & Gift Shop and GoodFinds!
Super soft and moist.
I actually use the recipe for my cupcakes as they stay moist for longer!.
I’ve also done quite a few vegan celebration cakes too ❤️
