The Pumpkin Seed Bakery is an Artisan Bakery located in Menai Bridge on Anglesey supplying both direct consumer and a limited numbers of wholesale clients

Now we have finished the "official winding down" of the business there is a chance to pick up a BARGIN !. Everything from mixing bowls, cooling racks, utensils, baskets, cake stands, muffin trays to our Smeg Professional induction cooker,Ikea kitchen Islands and small shop chiller.

On Saturday 28th May 2016 Pumpkin Seed Bakery closed it's doors for the last time. Thank you to all our regular and loyal customers who came out to support us , thank for all the wonderful cards and gifts and for giving us a genuine sense that we will be missed. Finally thank you to my wonderful team for all their support and hard work and without whom I would never have got through the last weeks.

Time to move on to new chapters and new adventures for all of us !!

It's with great sadness that I inform everyone that Pumpkin Seed Bakery will be closing it's doors for the final time on Saturday 28th May. Thank you to all our wonderful customers and my wonderful staff - it's been an incredible two years

Please help us go out in style - visit the shop, order your favourites and come say goodbye

Saturday 16th April

As some of you may already know our wonderful shop manager Ruth is also a Marie Curie Nurse. In order to show our support for the great work she does and also to support those with terminal cancer we are holding a Marie Curie day at the Bakery.

Treat yourself to a piece of our famous Lemon Drizzle and donate to Marie Curie. A win / win for you and those with terminal cancer

Yesterdays Cheese & Yoghurt tasting was a huge success - We will be stocking all three cheeses and both yoghurt's from this week forward - we already stock local roast & ground coffee and local honey - maybe there is a future for a Bakery & Local Deli !!

Just a reminder we are tasting local Sheep cheese and yoghurt (the yoghurt will be served with Welsh Blueberry compote !) tomorrow morning - Carrie will also be putting in a guest apperance if you have any questions or comments

SATURDAY 2nd APRIL - Local Cheese & Yoghurt Tasting

As some of you know we have the pleasure of supplying the wonderful Farm Shop & Cafe at Ffarm Moelyci, Tregarth. As part of the ever expanding portfolio sheep's cheese & yoghurt is now being produced by a lovely, very skilled lady called Carrie. There are two types of natural yoghurt and three styles of cheese. All are amongst the best I have ever tasted.
Carrie's full range of Cheese & Yoghurt will be available to try in the Bakery this Saturday. More details to follow through the week.
