Derw Coffee - Anglesey Cold Brew

Award-winning cold brew coffee and coffee liqueur, hand crafted in small batches on Anglesey. Great on their own too of course!

Try the pure and liqueur in cocktails like coffee negroni or espresso martini, and desserts like affogato or tiramisu.

And so it begins! Come try our Easter Indulgence cocktail at our first two events of the year!

We'll be at the Llangefni Food Festival on Saturday, and Beaumaris Artisan Market on Sunday 🥳

If you want to make the cocktail at home, chick this out:

👉 20ml Spiced Rum
👉 40ml Derw Liqueur
👉 Ice
👉 150ml chocolate milk
👉 Whipped cream
👉 Hundreds and Thousands

Put some ice in a glass. Add the rum, Derw and chocolate milk. Stir. Add some whipped cream and sprinkle on some Hundreds and Thousands.

It's eggsactly what you'd expect - delectable and delicious.

We were on TV! Whoop whoop!

What a lovely couple and perfect wedding - I was delighted to provide espresso martinis for Jack and Silvia's special day!

💥The Piña Cofflada💥

The gorgeous weather is inspiring us to make some more refreshing summer cocktails 🤩☀️

Piña Cofflada ingredients:

20ml Coconut Rum
20ml Dark Rum
50ml Derw Liqueur
1 Tablespoon Coconut Milk (use a creamy one, not a watery one)
100ml Pineapple Juice
5 ice cubes

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it until ice is crushed. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple.

Sit in the sun and enjoy!

🚫 DISCONTINUED SOON! 👉 9/2/24

Don't look at us with those puppy-dog eyes... 🥺

Our beloved blends were our first ever product, and people still love them (including us), but you seem to love our liqueur more, so we have been focusing more on that.

One reason our blends taste so good is because they are fresh, which means fiddly production and challenging chilled shipping. It has become unrealistic to keep this up, so rather than change the taste completely to create something that will sit on a shelf for months, we have decided to leave them as the delicious memory they are, and say farewell.

Never say never, but from next Friday, it's goodbye to our blends for the foreseeable future.

Thanks to all those who tasted, bought, and drank Original Black, Raw Turmeric, Cinnamon Bark, and Hint Of Cocoa ❤️

As we say goodbye to 2023, we want to thank you all for your support, tags, recipes, kind words... everything! ❤️

This year we have done some cool stuff like:

💥 Serve up cocktails at the Eisteddfod (and sell out every day!)
💥 Launch our bottled cocktails
💥 Sponsor the Bangor football club
💥 Meet London consumers who can now get our espresso martinis at the London Welsh Center
💥 Teach a coffee cocktail class at the Manchester Coffee Festival
💥 Run a pop up bar

As always, none of it is possible without you folks out there enjoying our stuff and spreading the word, so thank you again! 🤗

Our final night is tomorrow! Come celebrate the new year with chilled vibes instead of the usual chaos... Good food, drinks, and open mic goodness!

If you want to perform, we have a basic set up with an amp, 2 mics, and an acoustic guitar. If you want an electric guitar or anything else, please bring it yourself 😊
