Nuneaton customers!!

I would like to introduce you to the face you will be seeing behind the stalls this weekend!

We will be at both the Nuneaton festival and the Nuneaton ACM indie market on Saturday and Sunday this weekend!

This is the lovely face you will be seeing behind the stall, the fabulous Martha!

She’s currently back from university and thought she would drop me a hand running some stalls I wouldn’t be able to get to as it’s my little boys 3rd birthday this weekend and I couldn’t stop my fabulous Nuneaton regulars getting their monthly fudge fix! So Martha stepped in to make sure you can still have that fix!

She’s super friendly so pop and say hi and give her a fabulous Nuneaton welcome like you all give me 🤍

The ‘ber months have started!!

Who’s ready for the Autumn flavours to come out at the end of the month!! I AM!!

Maple and Pecan Fudge
Apple and cinnamon Fudge

And guess who’s back!! The trusty Chocolate mint flavours are coming back into season!!!

Although sadly that means a goodbye to the trusty delicious Neapolitan Ice cream - although if this is your fav don’t stress it can still be ordered as a fudge for gift boxes or even just treat bags it just won’t be on the market stalls over the ‘ber months! But I’m sure it will be back in March to see us into Spring 🤍

When Im not prepping fudge and the stalls… (which I need to start next week) I’m prepping my little ones 3rd birthday party… no paying others to do these things now i have all the stuff to do it at home!

Do you always see me at the markets or see me online and think damn! I wish I could have a sweet treat like that but I’m diabetic .. or on a diet…

Well.. I’ve been doing some working on that!

I have tried over 50 recipes to try a sugar free fudge… I duno how the big companies do it but I just can’t seem to get it to work! I’m sorry!!

But I have found a way to reduce the sugar per piece of fudge from over 15g of sugar to just 3g of sugar!

I will not be classing this as diabetic safe as it still has sugar in it! That is for you to manage BUT it will now be available on the stalls or for order as low sugar fudge!

It will be a bag of a approx 250g of fudge for £7 just like the vegan fudge (I hate making it slightly more expensive but same as the vegan the ingredients are so much more expensive) sorry 😬

I will be sending some bags to the Nuneaton Markets this weekend and see how it goes!

Well Walsall!! The weather was rubbish! But what a day!! A day that started with us all stressing thinking it was gonna be a complete flop turned into a nearly sell out for me!! I was in awe that you all just kept coming 😂😂

Although, that did in turn mean I have had to come home tonight and make more fudge instead of my original plan of treat myself to some sweets.. put s*x and the city on and chill 😂

The life of a small business hey! But honestly such a good day! Thank you to all my fabulous new customers! I hope you enjoyed your fudge and I hope to see you all again in the future! 🤍

But the up side to this weather means it’s cool enough to fully stock the shelves rather than protecting in the cool bag for a change so the counter is looking super full of all the delicious goodies today!!

Either way! Oreo is a chocolate fudge, with cookies and cream in the middle and coated in Oreo biscuits!

Biscoff is a vanilla fudge, biscoff spread and coated in Biscoff biscuits!

They will be £2.50 per slice on the markets! Just saying but they weigh a ton 😂😂

The final menu for the weekend!!

Be aware some flavours have only a few pieces.. also the brownie stuffed fudges and roly polys have limited slices at each market as they are on trial!! So if you want some.. you Better get to us early instead of being disappointed! 🤍
