My back ground is in the Health Food Industry, which has enabled me to bake not only regular Cakes, CupCakes, CakePops and Cake Truffles but also specialise in catering for those with specialised dietary requirements such as: Vegans and No Added Alcohol, Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Nuts, Soya and Wheat, certain cakes can also be made sugar free for Diabetics. I am able to create stunning unique Cakes and
Cake Truffles to embellish the most stylish weddings, beautiful birthday Cakes and CakePops for any age and simple elegant CupCakes for all occasions and budgets. I regularly hold CupCakery Classes for up to 6 guests, where different aspects of making and decorating Cakes, CupCakes, CakePops and CakeTruffles can be learnt. I am also able to hold private classes at a clients home. CupCakery Classes start from £25 per person, per class. I have recently launched Daisy Chain CupCakery Parties tailored to the clients needs; be it a Childrens Birthday or Christening Party full of sprinkles and edible glitter or a Girly Hen Party with my delicious Cocktail CupCakes. Parties can be for 2 or 2 and a half hours and are £17 and £20 per person respectively. All participants will be shown how to decorate 4 CupCakes, which I will have freshly baked myself. These can either then be eaten at the event or taken home in a gift box. I have found the most requested / popular flavour by far, to be "Cake Flavour" which I have realized is Vanilla with Chocolate and Lemon close behind.
