Hello,

Bit of a weird one today, I’m down approx £60 today. So if you haven’t checked out and are using the old QR code system please make sure you remember to check out, or send me via bank transfer as I know some people prefer to do that. There was also one payment of £5.50 that didn’t go through on the card machine today at 8.06pm.

I may have done my calculations wrong, I am pretty tired, so I will check again tomorrow and check through my cctv again.

There will also be Kinderella cookies, school cake, lemon drizzle, cornflake brownies, cheese twists, cheese scones, and focaccia. Hopefully some extras if I can squeeze them in!

Well I really didn’t expect to nearly sell out yesterday 🫣💕! Thank you so much, I am baking away attempting to fill the cabinet by lunch time but by bit but there are few bits in the cabinet from 8am this morning.

Cookies and cream muffins, brownies, chocolate orange brownies, dot cakes, school cake and lemon cake 💓.

Home from our holiday - the only way I could get our dog in the photo was with a treat in my hand 🤣💓

What shall I bake tomorrow? I am thinking Kinderella cookies, rocky roads, muffins, lemon cake, school cake, brownies, what do you fancy?

I’ll aim to be open from 11am tomorrow, I’ve just been in the bakery unpacking stock and looking for some inspo.

If only I knew then it would happen, I wonder how many thousands of cakes I’ve baked in the last 16 years 🤣💕. I honestly find the joy in baking every single thing I bake, and If it ever goes wrong - I have been known to throw them across the room in a temper 🤣💕🫣.

Carrot cake is definitely a favourite. Back then it was mainly, brownies, red velvet cake, and carrot cake that I baked mostly. Oh and devils chocolate cake!
