A busy week last week lovely designs and flavours for different celebrations 🍾
Also getting a few entries put together for the 'Leaf Show' was hectic!!!!!
Edible handmade farm animals which I haven't made in ages so had lots of fun with these .

This weekend I have a wedding cake and a bit time off to get up to speed with a few things !!!!!!!!

A lovely surprise birthday cake this weekend.
Lemon sponge with white chocolate ganache buttercream and fresh raspberries .
Finished with lemon and white chocolate ganache.

You know when there was that one cake you wanted to keep?
This had to be one of them !!!
This was made a few years ago in the more fashionable fondant times and all the pieces were handmade!!
Nowadays although I am still asked for a fondant finish the majority of my cakes are generally finished with buttercream or ganache!
What is your favourite finish on your cakes ??

I will definitely be making this lovely Austrian dessert again !!
Meringue with a super light gluten-free sponge filled with strawberry preserve and double cream decorated with strawberries 🍓 and cream xx

Love a day out in Berwick even the ladybird joined us for a wander 😆 after delicious gluten-free fish and 🍟
Amazed at the tomatoes growing in the planters with these beautiful flowers 💐 😍
