Thankyou to those who were supporting adults or volunteering at Shine day out, its was a hot day to be working and volunteering , you are all amazing 👏 thanks also to Joe for transporting equipment and buying us all ice Lollies at the end 😀

Shine day out was Elaine's idea to get Shine folk out and active , she scoured car boots and charity shop for equipment and liaised with the local council, we never imagined it would be sooo hot but it was a great day and we hope to return again next year 😀

We set up in loverly shaded area and enjoyed bean bag toss, welly wanglin, five a side footy, great to have Shelly and Ivan join in who travelled from Swindon today, we look forward to having you guys at Shine in the future.

We managed to evacuate two families who got fed up with being invaded with a massive beach ball in our five a side foot ball match 🤦‍♀️😎 Brookes Bashers took the lead by 7-5 ahead of Jack the lads ( and ladies)
