Good evening everyone! What a joy to see you all today. Not even a crumb left for those poor pigeons 😂.

You were there, up bright and early just as the cakes hit the table. This is itself a massive compliment, to know just how much you enjoy all my cakes I’m incredible grateful and that all my hard work in the kitchen is going to be enjoyed just hours afterwards is to any chef the highest compliment - thank you! 🙌.

The Eccles cakes have been a big hit and I think will be a new favourite. It’s now to decide what to treat you all to next week 🤔.

It is also very heartwarming to see so many people out supporting all the local businesses and enjoying what they have to offer. It is this commitment from you that sustains everyone small business.

I’m overjoyed that each week you continue to enjoy everything I bake up for you. AND! I will be back Wednesday Mold Market as per usual.

So.. it’s now the time to relax, rest, and enjoy the nectar 😂.

Evening everybody! Firstly I want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who came along today to the stall in Holywell. I was very taken back by how many of you were up early and at the stall as I opened at 8am. One thing is clear.. you like Eclairs! And the Eccles cakes were a triumphant winner ⭐️.

I do hate to disappoint anyone who missed out on some of their choices I take great pride in producing all of my cakes by hand and there is limited stock, once they’re gone they’re gone 😋 but I hope you enjoyed your alternatives as I always try to give a nice varied selection for you.

One thing is certain I make them fresh, with care and passion. It really is a big compliment to hear so many of you excited to get your favourite bake and to go to such lengths to get to the stall. I really am touched by your dedication and appreciation for my cakes I cannot begin to thank you enough.

So Holywell town thank you today. See you next week.

Now to treat the people of Mold at my stall at Mold Market on Saturday and it’s looking like a few of today’s favourites may need to make an appearance.
