The Meigle Meringue Company is delighted to support the lovely ladies from Airlie SWI in the supply of cream filled meringues for their cafe on Saturday 1st April in Eassie & Nevay hall at Balkeerie, the hall is running a table sale and the cafe will run from 10 -4 with a lovely selection of food and home baking. Come along and support the hall table sale and the cafe.

It’s a long time since The Meigle Meringue Company was up and running. I was asked by a good friend to make some meringues for a charity event so the ovens are on and the mixer is going flat out.
Plain meringue shells already in the oven and a batch of dark chocolate and strawberry in the making.
