I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with buttercream flowers! 🌸🤍
These dahlia-inspired cupcakes were piped petal by petal, and I absolutely love how they turned out. There’s something so relaxing about the piping process and seeing the flowers slowly come to life. 🧁✨

Our newest apprentice baker is taking her job VERY seriously… 🛒👩‍🍳😂

She’s only 2, but already in charge of the trolley at the wholesalers. The shopping list? Questionable. The snack requests? Endless. The wages? Absolutely outrageous. 😂

At this rate, she’ll be asking for a company car next! 🚗😂❤️

Can you spot what all of these cakes have in common? 🤔🎂

And the correct answer is.......

All of these bakes have edible printed images!!! So many great guesses and few did get it right, well done to Vicki Adams who was the first to guess correctly!!

My edible ink printer is so handy for creating beautifully detailed designs which are totally custom and bespoke, so if you want your logo, your grans face, or maybe an ultrasound (someone please order that because it would be such a fun way to announce a pregnancy) on your cake, it's really no problem at all.

Apparently yesterday was National Dog Day… and I totally missed the memo 🐶🙈 So naturally, I’m making up for it today with a little roundup of some of my favourite dog-themed cakes! 🐾🎂 And of course, I couldn’t celebrate without including a little photo of my own four-legged besties, Cookie and Alan 🐶🤍 Because let’s be honest—any day is a good day to celebrate our pups!
