We are passionate about preserving time tested baking techniques. This ensures you will get top quality products that taste great. All our products are prepared and cooked daily at our bakery in Dearham, using fresh locally sourced meats, vegetables and dairy products. Baking starts in our shop at 3.00am, so baked today, eaten today.

Bakery Assistant
We have a vacancy for a general assistant in our busy bakery.
The role will include
• Preparation of Bakery items ensuring all product recipes, method cooking instructions are adhered to.
• Assembleing orders ready for delivery to our trade customers.
• Follow all Food safety standard guidelines issued by the Food Standard Agency and Cottage Pie Health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Stock control, labelling, and packaging
• Cleaning duties as part of the food manufacturing business.
• Take customer orders either verbally or via telephone, accurately following ordering guidelines.
• Occasionally serving customers in the shop.

Hours will be Tuesday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm, Saturday 6.30am to 2.30pm.
