I am all baked out and with a heatwave predicted this week I have decided to close Mrs P's Cake Shed the weekend of the 27th June. It will next open on Saturday 4th July (weather dependent)💛

Honest Post 💛

Recently, Mrs P's Cake Shed has seen less visitors when open. Is it the weather, is it the options available, has the cake shed novelty worn off?

I completely understand now the sun is shining people prefer ice cream over cake🍦

Going forward I want to make sure the cake shed is offering what people want. Should I stock different bakes not currently available? Do people not want cake when it's warmer weather so should I close for the summer and re-open in the Autumn? Should I open every other weekend so there is a gap between your sweet treats? Any feedback would be gratefully received.

I am thankful to all my customers who visit. Thank you all for supporting my small business 🤗
