I almost didn't bother sharing 'that reel' last week. I hadn't had time to do any proper editing, and I just threw it together on an overcrowded train one morning! Now over half a million people have seen it and I'm still getting countless messages about it! 😅 Isn't it funny how things go sometimes? Anyway, let that be your Monday motivation - just do the thing! 🔥

And a note for the cake makers asking - I mixed this stormy sea green colour using royal blue with a generous amount of black and a little yellow.🖤

Designing the cake is always my favourite part of the whole process. Visualising something in my mind, planning how I'm going to execute it, and then successfully bringing it to life, is such a rewarding feeling. I always try to push myself technically. There's always more to learn and new ways of doing things. Anyway - some close ups of the detail on this one.

A recent Moana themed cake for a local family. I loved creating the contrasting texture between the super smooth sand and the big frothy waves crashing against it. It feels like the perfect holiday escape on this cold January day...Dive in! ☀️🌊

I'm not going to say 'Happy New Year' because apparently it's past the date where we're supposed to say that...but I hope everyone's year has gotten off to a successful start! I'm starting off with the 2025 phenomenon that was, of course, K-Pop Demon Hunters! And I suspect this will be our soundtrack for the entirety of 2026 too. 🥴🤣 Hope you're all doing good!
