WE ARE BACK! 🎉

After 3 months away, we finally get to say this… we’re coming back!

First of all — a huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our crowdfunding 🤎 Because of you, we now have some essential equipment for our new baking space and can finally start this next chapter.

And thank you to everyone who came to our last Richmond market in January and those who visited us at the Free From Festival in Bristol — seeing so many familiar faces meant the world to us.

Now we’re ready to get back to baking.
New space, fresh ideas and lots of plans for this season 👀

2025 only in few slides but this year was full of life, hard moments, happy moments, hard work, appreciation and gratitude 🤎

1. We’ve started with many products, huge ambitions and we’ve launched our website in January.
2. We’ve started from home, when every corner of our house was covered in flour 😅
3. Our car was too small but even though we’ve managed to bring everything out to the markets.
4. We’ve started working with and our bakes are even better!
5. Matt had his first ever baking classes with a small group of people. He was stressed out but it was fun!
6. We’ve done a lot of markets this year
7. Setting up for markets sometimes fun sometimes not 😅
8. We’ve moved to subletting unit from the friend of ours. Made baking process so much easier!
9. We’ve baked over 2500 various flavoured buns. Yikes!
10. We went to Italy to learn how to make GF croissants with
11. We’ve baked loads of breads for the markets, supplying two restaurants and online.
12. We’ve purchased lamination machine for the croissants
13. Matt is still perfecting croissants but your feedback is helping us to develop the product.
14. Look at how many products we were doing!
15. We were trying to take few breaks in between to not to go crazy 😅
16. We were so surprised with amount of orders we’ve received for Christmas! Packing that was crazy.
17. Finally, we’ve launched crowdfunding and still raising money for our own bakery space. Link in bio if you wish to support 🤎

We appreciate every hard day and night of prep, every market and meeting with you all. Every smile, feedback and purchase made us so happy. Thank you so much for your support this year and let’s see what 2026 brings!
