2025 only in few slides but this year was full of life, hard moments, happy moments, hard work, appreciation and gratitude 🤎
1. We’ve started with many products, huge ambitions and we’ve launched our website in January.
2. We’ve started from home, when every corner of our house was covered in flour 😅
3. Our car was too small but even though we’ve managed to bring everything out to the markets.
4. We’ve started working with and our bakes are even better!
5. Matt had his first ever baking classes with a small group of people. He was stressed out but it was fun!
6. We’ve done a lot of markets this year
7. Setting up for markets sometimes fun sometimes not 😅
8. We’ve moved to subletting unit from the friend of ours. Made baking process so much easier!
9. We’ve baked over 2500 various flavoured buns. Yikes!
10. We went to Italy to learn how to make GF croissants with
11. We’ve baked loads of breads for the markets, supplying two restaurants and online.
12. We’ve purchased lamination machine for the croissants
13. Matt is still perfecting croissants but your feedback is helping us to develop the product.

15. We were trying to take few breaks in between to not to go crazy 😅
16. We were so surprised with amount of orders we’ve received for Christmas! Packing that was crazy.
