✨Christmas Brownie Yule Log✨
As you all know, Syllabub is closing on the 30th November BUT I couldn’t not bring you the brownie Yule log again 🤗
November is too early for a Yule log I hear you say… BUT! Do not fear, they’ll keep for 2 weeks in the fridge OR you can freeze them for a month 🎄
These are made of our suuuuper fudgey dark chocolate brownies with a delicious white chocolate filling that tastes just like Milkybar 😋
Perfect for any Christmas event, just to have around the house to nibble on or for the big day itself!

It’s with a very heavy heart to announce that Syllabub will be closing at the end of November 😔
This hasn’t been an easy decision but it’s the right thing to do. With the cost of ingredients going up and up, and still working a (very stressful) full time job, something has to give and unfortunately it’s Syllabub 💔
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful customers. Those who have supported me right from the start and kept coming back, and to newer ones. I’ve met some amazing people along this crazy journey and have reconnected with people I lost touch with over the years. For that, I will be forever grateful ❤️
If you’re booked in with me, don’t worry your order will still be going ahead 🥰

I’ve had a flurry of new followers so thought it was about time I reintroduced myself 👋🏼
I’m Beth and owner of Syllabub! I started this little business 3 and a half years ago (wow where has the time gone!?) when I was furloughed from the National Trust. It’s always been something I’ve wanted to do and covid gave me the opportunity!
It’s definitely been quite the rollercoaster running this business as well as working full time 😰 but I’m so proud of what I’ve managed to build over the past few years and I couldn’t have done it without your continued support! ❤️
I’m based in Maidenhead where all custom orders are collected from or you can find lots of treats at the wonderful 😋
Just a few things about me:
💻 I work full time in the IT industry
🤓 I’ve got a degree in History & a Masters in Museum + Heritage
🐱 I have a cat called Mila
🎵 I play the flute
🧁 I’m not a huge dessert lover (ironic I know). Give me a starter and a main any day of the week
