Been feeling a bit nostalgic about how far The Milk Yard has come over the last five and a half years.

As you can see in the first pic, the calves were standing where the vending machines are now. 🥹

Did you know milk is a great source of electrolytes? Not only is it nutrient dense including but not limited to; protein, calcium and Vit B12 it’s also a great way to stay hydrated from the potassium, calcium and sodium - helping replace what you lose through sweat. Which, let’s face it, we’re doing a lot at the moment 🥵
