What's cooking?

Seeing how popular my savoury cheese horns are getting, I've been quietly working in the background on exploring new bakes & flavours.

As a one man band, it's all about being efficient without losing the magic of the bakes & the love I have for the craft. And that distinct Nordic flair.

And seeing as I make this dough for my Christmas tarts (yes, I used the word), it would only be right to expand it to further use.

Therefore, may I introduce my new savoury items;
Lovingly crafted pastry slices.

You can find me at Harborough Market again today, as per usual Saturday tradition.

And it's a bit cooler too 👀 I love summer & gardens but could do with some lower temps for a bit + perhaps a bit of rain? (Check back in autumn 😂)!

Got some semla, swiss rolls, stuffed biscoff twists, cinnamon buns, Nutella & biscoff twists as well as cheesehorns!

I've had so much fun with the launch of my website and doing all the orders coming in. What an INCREDIBLE feeling 😍
