So I have been working on some SAVOURY range to introduce along with my sweet treats!

May I introduce - "juustosarvet" - cheese horns!

NOT croissants, rather a sour cream based dough with a delicious cheddar & jalapeno filling.

These WILL BE AVAILABLE THIS SATURDAY at food hall - Baker's Corner

I will be bringing out more after my holidays so keep an eye out... 👀

May I introduce my first muffin in the "Helsinki muffin range"!

Rustic blueberry & lemon muffin, packed with flavour, fluffy & soft.

And a lot less sweet than usual UK bakes like pretty much most of my offering (half the sugar!).

I'll also have my cinnamon & cardamom buns, apricot jam buns & swiss rolls on offer this weekend.

I can't believe I've now hit the 1 year mark from launching my little baking operation (markets only from October though!)

The journey has been insane so far and I appreciate every single one of you that keep coming back time & time again!

A year ago I never thought I'd be where I am with it all right now. I was nervous whether or not it would be a success!

Here's to many more bakes to come! 🥂

Also as a side note, here are my upcoming market days:
Saturday the 16th of May (tomorrow)
Saturday the 23rd of May
Saturday the 30th of May

I am of course open to orders outside of the markets too up until 31st of May!

After this, I will be away from the 1st of June until the 21st of June for a family leave & a holiday.

You will be able to send any pre-orders for when I return through my socials or email but I won't necessarily be able to answer as per usual timeframe.

And of course, should you wish to order so you'll have some treats for whilst I'm away, remember that most of my items freeze very well! In this case do get in touch ☺️

Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the messages & comments I've received since last week.

Reading through them has helped me so much.

There's a lot to go through and try and organise but in the meantime, life must go on.

I think the best thing I can do right now is keep myself busy.
...

I'm therefore returning to this Saturday.

Do come down, say hello & treat yourself, got a few weeks left before I'm travelling to Finland.
