Last week, to celebrate harvest in a local church, I made a Lammas Loaf - a traditional harvest loaf made on August 1st

Communities would bake the first harvested wheat into a loaf and bought it to church for a blessing to ensure a successful grain harvest 🌾

After running Millie's Bakery for 2.5 years, I thought it was time for a little rebrand! 🤍

When I first started back in 2024, I had no idea where this journey would take me

Now, in 2026, I can picture myself one day owning a little shop, filled with fresh sourdough, flaky pastries, and morning coffees☕️🥐

I'm so excited to step into this next chapter as my home bakery continues to evolve and grow. I'm hoping for more opportunities to share my sourdough and pastries with you all, and one day fulfil my biggest dream - something little Millie would be so proud of

Thank you to everyone who has ordered from me, shared my creations, and encouraged me to keep going. I truly couldn't have done it without your support🩵
