This is one reason I started baking and definitely why I have customers, all our bread is Organic , no preservatives and only a small amount of salt, I use fine sea salt flakes, kosha salt and pink Himalayan salt.

A bag of ready salted crisps contains 0.34g of salt. A survey found three in four pre-packaged loaves contained as much or more salt per slice compared to the entire crisp bag.

Order 6 deluxe extra fruit hot cross buns for collection Friday afternoon from market Drayton and they will most likely still be warm , fresh batch will be baked first thing in the morning for collection from the meeting point in market Drayton at a time suitable for us all. Between 3pm and 5pm £5 a pack of 6
Each bun weight is around 100g they are packed with organic ingredients ,extra fruits and beautifull spiced taste

New line just added , activated charcoal and black sesame seed sourdough bread, charcoal is great with loads of health benefits and doesn't flavour the bread too much at all, makes a nice change at the dinner table and helps with digestion. Be aware that charcoal can affect certain medications tho and prevent them working so eat in small amounts and take this into consideration, £6 baked to order
