Thanks for all the messages regarding the equipment. I’m going to try and get a definitive list together tomorrow with prices attached and we’ll take it from there. Just to reiterate too, that all equipment needs to be removed by the purchaser - the big equipment - oven,sheeter, mixer, coffee machine etc need to be removed by people that know what they’re doing, they are all very heavy and need careful handling, the oven is modular but is a complicated piece of kit. Thanks.

Time to sell all the kit. Sensible offers open. Great opportunity to buy some excellent kit, bought new 2 years ago, well looked after and in perfect condition.
Mono harmony 2 deck oven with three deck base, Esmach 45 kg spiral mixer, Mono 500x750 3 phase sheeter, Mono eco touch convection oven, Sanremo Zoe coffee machine, Compaq F8 coffee grinder, Marco Ecoboiler ( all bought from and fully serviced by them throughout, cold room built on site by Coldstar refrigeration plus masses of other stuff, flour bins, racks, trays, containers. Too much to mention. All kit will require removal by purchaser.

We have croissant, pain au chocolat, a few cinnamon buns, 40 loaves of white sourdough plus a few other things tomorrow.
I also have about 50 kg of Shipton Mill No. 4 flour and a bit of sourdough starter if anyone wants to carry on making The Old Spot sourdough at home. Bring a container if you want any.

As Sunday is our last day and we’ve had a busy week so far, it’s probably best to get here early. We are running down stock so when it’s gone, it’s gone. I’ll have stollen tomorrow and Sunday at £20 each and we are on ITV West Country news tomorrow night just after the main news talking about the effect of the unprecedented increase in energy costs on our business and many, many others. Looking forward to seeing you all before we close.
