Come down to our community centre in manorbier for some wholesome produce and organic, no mould coffee. Perfect match with my organic cakes!

We're super excited to be bringing the to , on Friday's 😍

We'll be there alongside Lucie Groves Organic Bakery Manor.Bio, serving up our mind, body and soul nourishing drinks including our signature organic, nutrient-packed Healthy Coffee by , Welsh brewed organic Kombucha from , Organic Cacao and Organic Hot chocolate along with a selection of cold drinks, juices, teas and herbal teas, and our signature raw, vegan, gluten-free cacao power balls (always go down a treat!)

Everything we serve is organic where possible and chosen for its health benefits; anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich and energy-boosting. As a certified nutritional therapist, I make sure everything we offer aligns with our values of wellness, vibrancy, and authenticity, and tastes amazing as well, obvs! 😜

Spanish tortilla done right ✔️

Using freshly dug up potatoes from our garden and some amazing onions from Manorbier Community Garden / Allotments, generous helping of sea salt and olive oil, and let’s not forget the other very important ingredient- eggs. As fresh as could be from our own hens.

This simple and super tasty dish is one that you find in every corner of Spain.
Pair it with some nice natural w**e and what more can you want?

Dark Berry Cake

An exceptionally moist cocoa and coffee sponge layered with homemade blackberry coulis and a light mascarpone, vanilla & cream filling, finished with a silky mascarpone frosting.

My little organic artisan bakery has been a great success since my pop up started in November, at our local community centre Giraldus Centre Manorbier.
You can find me there every Friday from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm.

I have a nice selection of breads, two cakes are always available and on ocassion there is a seasonal special.

I love working with the best organic quality ingredients, that contain no harmful toxins, additives or preservatives.

Better for our health and our Planet. 🌍

I bake variety of breads, always have couple of cakes available and on occasion some seasonal specials. 🍰
