Gluten for Punishment is a specialist gluten free bakery based in Lyde Green. Just let us know your dietary needs and food allergies when you place your order.

Dietary requirements

All of our cakes and bakes are gluten-free (GF) wheat-free (WF). Our ganache and buttercreams contain milk but you can order a dairy-free (DF) alternative.

Soft, fluffy gluten-free lemon cupcakes, filled with a generous centre of homemade lemon curd and finished with a beautiful swirl of creamy frosting and delicate pearl sprinkles. 🤍

This particular batch was also made without dairy-containing ingredients, showing that dietary requirements don’t have to mean missing out on something beautiful and delicious.
