A departure from the clichéd formula, Molasses has reimagined the elaborate social setting of a lounge and combined this with the experience of gastro fine dining. For a more refined audience, walking through the doors of Molasses, thoughts of contemporary elegance take hold. Influenced by post modernistic design, the primary aim is to offer you the epitome of fine dining in an exquisitely serene and social environment. Creating cuisine of the highest quality, Molasses has its own unique, creative style, making food the ideal conduit for light bites or an evening meal with associates. Molasses has designed Michelin Star style dishes that are just as much a feast for the eyes. Molasses concoctions being an exact science, we like to stay ahead of the mixologist curve. While waiting at your table, drinks will be brought to you where meticulous preparation includes the effervescent and yet gradual changes in colour, or the emanating mist of dry ice from your cocktail glass. A visual flare truly encompasses the experience. The Molasses Experience boasts open, light and airy all white space with beige and gold accents which is the perfect setting for a refined evening of good food, bespoke drinks and full immersion of current social pastimes. As conservative as guests like to be, the atmosphere always remains lively where bursts of laughter and conversation fills the room whilst sat around the Nargila (communal sh**ha pipe). Designed by world renowned Egyptian artisan Khalil Mamoon, The Nargila pipes themselves are made by hand with impeccable craftsmanship allowing you to taste the bespoke range of Molasses made sh**ha blends. The Molasses Experience fuses modernism and classicism to create the perfect environment for guests. Seeing the colourful array of freshly prepared cuisine, aperitifs and exotic beverages only accentuate the luxury, yet maintaining the simplicity of a social gathering against a backdrop that commands sophistication.
