Norse cakes Started learning to bake at the age of 8, mostly self taught. I supply shops with cakes. Most of my cakes, i try and use organic when possible.

Only Butter, cream from local suppliers, free range eggs, rain forest alliance, 54% - 85% cocoa chocolate, where possible organic sugar and flour.. I'm able to do most cakes, cake loafs, breads, bite size cakes to 12 inch cakes. Prices range from 99p to what ever amount you are willing to pay. 10 Inch victoria sponge with my own twist, fresh cream, made to which ever flavour you want. Fresh frui

t, strawberries, raspberries etc - £8. Most cakes i make, i add a twist so they are not just a standard cake copied from a recipe of the internet. I can also give one on one cake making lessons. They cost from £10 and you get to take the cake home.

Homemade donnar kebabs, Healthier then the fastfood ones

1 large onion chopped finely
250g minced lamb
250g minced beef.
Chillies chopped., as many as you want.
Dash chilli sauce
Half teaspoon salt
Teaspoon chilli powder or KN pepper.
Teaspoon black pepper
Teaspoon paprika
Teaspoon curry powder
Teaspoon turmeric

In a large bowl mixed everything together.
You can then either roll out into sausage shapes or cut into squares or circular. Use your hands to flatten out. Not to thick.
Place on a deep oven tray as there may be fat which comes out of the meat.
180 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes depending how thick you have made them.
Or use a grill rack put this over an oven tray to drain off any fat when cooking.
I toasted oitta bread, filled with the meat and salad. More salad them meat as you can see. There was so mucvh, made a curry and the 3 rd day filled torrtilla wraps.
SIMPLE.

Start to Finish 45 minutes.
Makes 4 – 5 portions.

Large pan, I used a wok.
5 cloves garlic chopped small
1 onion diced small
8 mushrooms sliced
1 tin kidney beans, drained of liquid.
1 large bottle pasta sauce
Egg cup Worcestershire sauce
300g lean beef mince.
Half teaspoon cumin
Half teaspoon coriander
Following will depend on how hot you like it.
Half a teaspoon chilli powder
Table spoon chilli sauce
1 scotch bonnet chilli, or any other type
1 chopped pepper

In a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons olive oil

Contains, no flour, butter / oil
Free delivery up to 3 miles from centre of Eccles, Monday to Friday only. 9am – 2pm. Or collection 7 days a week 9 – 2pm.
Please allow 2 days.

Or if you prefer try making this wonde4rful cake.

You will need 2 bowels
Blender
Hand mixer
Cake tin with removable base 8 inch, if using smaller / bigger then the cooking time will need to be altered.
6 eggs, separated
250g ground almonds
handful of flaked almonds
100g caster sugar split into 2 equal parts.
4 or 5 oranges

Put the oranges whole including skin in a pan with a tea cup of water, cover and simmer for 45 minutes, checking that the water does not evaporate, if so add more.
If you have a pressure / multi cooker this is much quicker.
Add 2 teacups of water, set on stew mode for 15 minutes.

When done, cut up the oranges including the skin moving any pips and blend in to a pulp and allow to cool.
In a bowel whisk the egg whites until frothy then add half the sugar and whisk until shiny white and peaks form
In another bowel, add the other half of the sugar to the egg yolks and whisk until pale.

Add the orange pulp to the yolk mixture and mix well.;
Then add small amounts of the egg whites, using a spatula to gently fold in. Doing this traps air so do not whisk. Keep doing this until all the whites have gone and folded in well.
Line a cake tin, bottom and sides. I rub a little butter around the sides and use this to stick on the grease proof paper.. Fill with the cake mixture and sprinkle over the top with the flakes almonds.

Put this into a pre heated oven at 170 for 45 – 60 minutes. Put a knife in to the centre, should come out clean,. If not back in the oven for a few minutes and try again.

Philippine pork adobe.
Similar to pork casserole.

With this recipe you can use what ever you want and the amount will depend how much you need.
The only ingredients which is essential is garlic, pork, water, soya sauce, rice wine vinegar although white vinegar will do, onion and pineapple.
It’s best and quicker if you have a steamer / multi cooker.

This is what I used and made enough for at least 2.
3 pork steaks chopped. You can use any type of pork cut into chunks.
Small tin of pineapple chunks
3 tablespoon dark soya sauce
3 table spoon rice wine vinegar
6 garlic cloves crushed and chopped.
250ml water
5 small baby potatoes
2 chopped chillis
1 chopped pepper
1 onion chopped
brown the pork in a pan with a little oil. Then add your own ingredients .Mine was potatoes, chilli, green pepper, onion. Cook for 3 minutes, then add everything else but not the water. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Add this to your steamer or multi cooker on stetting, STEW for 30 minutes with the water.
Or in a slow cooker or the pan on a gently heat for 2 hours. You may need to add water if it begins to dry out.
Or i can make it for you. £5 for a large portion

Home made chilli con Carne.
Sorry for the bad photo, had nothing to add, forgot to buy rice, had no potatoes,

The amounts will vary depending how much you need.
Most of the ingredients you can change / take out or add something else

There is no need to follow everything on most recipes, experiment.

This is my take and I made enough for 4 good size portions.

500 g lean minced beef . Can use a mixture or pork, beef or lamb.
Half teaspoon English mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
3 chillies chopped
1 onion chopped
tin of beans. I used mixed beans
small tin chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 beef oxo cube de solved in 250ml boiling water
1 pepper chopped
mushrooms chopped
3 garlic gloves, crushed and chopped.
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin.
Pinch black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil

heat olive oil in pan add meat and cook until it starts to go brown. Drain of excess fluid. Back on a gently heat. Add the mushrooms, peppers, garlic, chilli, onion and tomato paste or what ever you are using. Cook until everything is soft. Add the beans, tin tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, cumin and coriander. Gently simmer for 3 – 4 minutes. Add the Oxo and simmer for 10 minutes. Done.
How hot you like it will depend on how many chillies and the type or chilli powder / K and N pepper which is hotter then chilli powder
