I haven’t done any cakes or cupcakes for a very long time, but couldn’t say no to a lovely work colleague. Personalised 70th birthday vanilla cupcakes, filled with jam and topped with creamy light buttercream.

The Christmas Festival is shaping up to be a fantastic day out for everyone! It will start with Santa's Dashing through the park officially sent on their way by ITV Granada's Paul Crone after a warm up with Holmesys Fitness Training- Personal Training and Nutritional Advice.
There will be loads of market stalls from local crafters and businesses including La Bella Sparkle & Co Gift Boutique
Christmas trees and wreaths will be on sale at Princes Park Garden Centre & Training Hub
We've food and drink including Kelly's Kitchen with wood fired pizzas and The Grocers Micro Pub and small funfair rides from Official Silcocks Fun Fairs
Music from Amanda Jane Heywood, Little Illusion Machine Cadishead Public Band, St Teresa's Glee Club and more will add to the festive atmosphere.
Santa will be available to talk Christmas lists and if you're after a festive photo there will be chance for one in the pop up studio thanks to Vicki Allen Photography
If you need a sports massage after your run Sarah Hindley # Massage Therapy is doing a special offer on Monday 11th £15 for 30 mins and all money going to the playground!

I'm incredibly proud of this project and how the local community are incredibly supportive of what we are trying to achieve. A number of local children have helped with the video as they feel strongly and are excited about the regeneration.
