I don't often do fondant cakes anymore but when I do I love them 🥰 except from when you come home from shopping and it's melted 🥵🙈 so I did have to recover this before finishing the decorating but as you can see from Evies face she absolutely loved her Peter Rabbit themed cake 🥹
Even with nearly 10 years experience covering cakes i still make mistakes (mainly because I forgot I told myself last time I covered a cake in the heat to PUT IT IN THE FRIGDE!! 🥵)

Yesterday I donated some cupcakes, old school cake, cookies and sugar cookies to Summer for her bake sale. Today was her cake sale and she sold out! Not sure what the total is yet but I know shes raised over £500! What a lovely young lady she is raising money for those in need 🥹🥰

WOW… what a day! 🥹💖🌼

Today’s cake sale was an absolute sell out! I had my best friend Olivia helping and my sister Georgie . 🧁🍪🍫✨

We started the day at my grandma & grandads house, so a huge thank you to you both for letting us take over and helping make it all possible 💕🏡

Later, we moved to the Lifestyle Centre, where the amazing WCHG Youth Team - BCyA helped me sell out completely. Thank you all so much for your support, encouragement and hard work 🫶🏻✨

A massive thank you to everyone who donated cakes, brownies, cookies and sweet treats. This cake sale simply wouldn’t have happened without your kindness and generosity 💖

Thank you also to the people who donated money without even taking a cake. Your kindness really means so much and helped support an amazing cause 🌼💕

I’ve had the most amazing day, although I’m definitely very tired now 😂🥱

Thank you to everyone who came along, bought cakes, shared my posts and supported Maggie's Manchester Maggie's Centres.

I will have some mystery bags available later on this afternoon/evening once im home. They could contain any 5 of the following items:-
Biscoff brownie, oreo brownie, nutella brownie, cherry bakewell blondie, jammy dodger blondie, kinder blondie, rolo or Ferrero rocher cookie, mars/snickers krispie slice, oreo slice, jammy dodger slice, oreo cookie pie, pistachio cookie pie, kinder cookie pie, old school cake, chocolate sprinkle cake, white chocolate rocky road, milk chocolate rocky road. Unfortunately I cant say what will be in them but I will try and make them varied.

Each bag will contain 5 items for £10 comment if you would like one and I will post when im home later one for collection/local delivery 🥰

Ive been lucky enough to do a fair few of Amelia-Rose's cakes now but this is by far my favourite so far! Gluten free Red velvet cake with matching "normal" vanilla & chocolate cupcakes. Loving the leopard print themes atm 🫶 keep them coming 😍
