I had the very great pleasure of making my dear friend Louise's wedding cake - congratulations to her and new husband Ian. It was a wonderful day and a great time was had by all. The cake was decorated with hand made sugar flowers of tulips and roses to coordinate with the bride and bridesmaids bouquets. The tiers are coconut, chocolate and cherry, and Victoria sponge.
