Lets talk pasty's for a moment shall we....our Vegan and Cheese and Onion Pasty is easily our best selling savoury bake ever. We went through over 100 at 2 markets last weekend which is almost vegan fair kind of numbers and they've been getting amazing feedback. So do I keep them on a little longer or bring the pies back?

Also if you've got any pasty or quiche flavor requests drop them below. I will be bringing triple quiches to Chorlton this Saturday to keep up with demand!

Passion fruit Cheesecake was a big hit last weekend, not surprised cause that passion fruit curd we lathered on top was delicious! It sold out quick time at Stockport so we'll be bringing it back again this weekend for Chorlton and Glossop! What are we saying about cherry though?? Do we swap it out for the rest of the summer for Passionfruit or is that gonna cause some chaos?

We're back in Chorlton and Glossop this Saturday!! Here's this weeks menus! Had loads of great feedback last week on the quiches and cornwall pastys in particular! Maritozzi buns will be back this week by request also! I've tried my hardest to get all your requests on at least one market this month but if there's anything you really want please let me know in the comments, what cake at what market!!

I have got some GREAT cakes and bakes planned for you guys this weekend, a lot of these are requested on the post I made the other day so hopefully that means we're going to have a busy one 🧐 (hint, hint). Loads of new savoury things this weekend too, if I was coming to the stall I would be 100% getting a quiche and a brownie (new recipe 10/10) and a raspberry coconut cake.

Also I LOVE seeing the professional photos of your wedding cakes, once they've left the bakery it's very rare I get to see them again and I love looking at how they match the rest of the decor. When I drop them off they usually just get delivered to another fridge 😂 if you where thinking of sending them to me, please definitely do!

We had some NEW savoury things on the stall at the weekend and they where a huge hit. Our new Quiche sold out super quick, as did the 'cheese' and onion pasties.

The quiche was red pepper and broccoli and it will absolutely be on the stalls this weekend at Stockport, Northern Quarter and Wigan, as well as the cheese and onion pasties! We're also going to be bringing a few other flavours of both quiche and pasties because they where so popular!! (pies have gone on a little holiday for now)
