all last week was spent working on a birthday for a surprise 16th birthday for a young lady called Samara. I wanted to create a cake that would give her a 'wow factor" . Although i had not met her , i knew her love was dancing and tried to capture some of her favourite things / colours in the cake. Everything is edible on the cake including the sugar gems.
3 tiers of strawberry, orange and lemon cake covered in citrus buttercream and covered in fondant icing .

it seems that the cake was well received from the comments on Facebook for which i am extremely grateful
