The heatwave and baking in the unit do not mix. 🥵🔥

Current staff requirements:
💧 47 litres of water
🏊 One swimming pool (industrial size preferred)
🧴 SPF 50 applied with a paint roller
🍹 A mojito (or seven)
❄️ An air conditioner the size of Stockport

We're currently running on sugar, water, icepops, and sheer determination while trying not to melt into the cookie dough 🍪

If you see us looking slightly glazed today, it's not the cakes... it's us🤣🤣🤣

Literally achieved 2 sets of stuffed cookies today and fell asleep on my chair in the unit, this fan is barely making a difference and it's gonna get worse in the next day or two... please pray for us bakers!

We are currently loading the Reddish shed which will open in 10 minutes.

Lomber Hey will be open around 8am.

Unfortunately we didn't get chance to do Fathers Day Cupcakes which I was hoping to add as it got to 3am and we had no choice but to call it a night.

Not everything will be in the shed as it won't fit so we will try to fit as much as we can and the rest will be on a restock.

There will also be no Coffee Cake, Oreo Rocky Road as we didn't get chance to sort these either.

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I won't be able to open our sheds today. We will be open tomorrow. Yesterday we were delayed in almost 5 hours of awful traffic getting to and from a delivery and it's really delayed us getting everything out. We're currently labelling and getting everything prepped for tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience 🩷 if we manage to get things done in time to open later today we will update x
