Next Yoga Retreat Day is next month and I absolutely cannot wait to be back in the kitchen 🤩
It brings me so much joy to be able to combine my love for food with sharing knowledge and holding conversations about how we can live more seasonally aligned 🌳
Not just from what we eat but also our daily routines, how we show up for ourselves and the goals we set
Learning that just like nature we have ebbs and flows, and the more we can tap into a more rhythmic way of being, the more we can thrive 🌞
