A very special cake for a very special milestone… Happy 100th Birthday, Rhoda! 💕🎂
It was such an honour to create this celebration cake for an incredible 100 years of memories, love and laughter. 🥂✨ All decorations are edible apart from the card topper.

Anyone in Manchester remember Mill Modes??

Here’s to you, Rhoda - 100 years young! 🥳💐

✨ 6 years today! 🎂💕
Six years ago I turned my passion for baking into a little cake business, and I honestly couldn't have imagined where it would lead.
A huge thank you to everyone who has ordered a cake, recommended me, liked, shared or supported my journey. Every order means the world to me. ❤️
Here's to the next chapter... and many more celebrations to create! 🥂✨

Pimp Up a Morrisons Cake With Me! 🎂✨
Who says you need a huge budget for a beautiful personalised cake? 💕
My friend had already bought a Morrisons "decorate your own" cake for her mum's birthday and just needed a custom topper. So I helped give it a little glow-up! ✨
The best part? It had to survive a journey of a few hundred miles by car, and it still looked gorgeous when it arrived! 🚗💨
If you're celebrating on a budget, don't underestimate what a simple supermarket cake and a few personalised touches can do. You really can create something special without breaking the bank. 💖

Current forecast: 🌡️ 27°C – Looking good 🧁 30°C – Slight concern 🥴 32°C – Buttercream panic setting in 🫠 33°C – I'M MELTING...
Me checking on my cakes every 5 minutes while Michael Jackson sings "I'm Melting" in the background. 😂
Any cake makers feeling personally attacked by this weather? ☀️🎂

✨ Since being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I've been exploring ways to enjoy sweet treats while making choices that support my wellbeing. These no-bake Date & Seed Bites have quickly become a favourite—and this is already my second batch!
Naturally sweetened with dates and coated in rich dark chocolate, they're indulgent without any added sugar. Packed with seeds, oats and nuts, they're perfect for a satisfying snack when those sweet cravings hit.
✔️ No bake
✔️ No added sugar
✔️ Naturally sweet
✔️ Great for meal prep
Makes 12–16 bars and keeps in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients: • 300g Medjool dates, pitted
• 60g (about 3 tbsp) smooth almond, walnut or cashew butter
• 150g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia or flax)
• 75g organic porridge oats
• 40g unsweetened desiccated coconut
• 200g dark chocolate (70%+ cacao)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• Pinch of sea salt
• Optional: flaked almonds and extra desiccated coconut for topping
Please note: foods affect everyone differently, and no single food can prevent or treat inflammation or autoimmune conditions. 💛

Ever wondered how many slices you can get from a 6-inch cake? 🍫🎂
This 6-inch chocolate cake may look small, but when cut correctly it can serve more people than you'd think! ✨
I always recommend cutting wedding-style slices rather than large wedges to get the most out of your cake.
Watch as I cut this delicious chocolate cake and see just how many portions it gives! 👀🍰
Would you have guessed the number of slices? Let me know in the comments ⬇️
