💗 WORKSHOP UPDATE! 💗

We’ve had hundreds of people interested in our FREE craft workshop across our social media platforms, which we honestly didn’t expect! 🥹

We’ve now allocated the limited free places across the different platforms and have tried to make it as fair as possible.

BUT… because there’s been so much interest, we’ve decided we’re going to run more of them! 🎉

Starting THIS SATURDAY with two sessions at 10am & 12.30pm in Accrington for just £15 per child. We’ve tried to keep the price as low as possible so as many children as possible can come along. 💗

This is a fun, homemade arts & crafts session — nothing professional or perfect! The whole idea is for the children to get stuck in, get creative and make their own creations. ✂️🎨

For £15 they’ll:

🎁 Make their own homemade blind bag
🍬 Fill it with sweets, chocolate & surprise goodies
💎 Make their own friendship bracelet
🎈 Make a homemade squishy using balloons & foam
🧁 Get a cupcake
🥤 Get a soft drink
🏡 Take their creations home!

23rd November 2023 — the first time I was ever sent an AI cake picture to recreate… except I had NO IDEA it was AI. 🤖

I genuinely thought it was a real cake.

THREE attempts, hours of my day lost and me nearly crying wondering why, after all these years of making cakes, I could NOT recreate this thing - it was just soo simple and perfect but not!!

The customer absolutely loved the finished cake ❤️ and when I told him how ridiculously difficult it had been to recreate, he casually went…

“Oh yeah… that’s probably because it’s AI.”

EXCUSE ME?! What?!?!! 😂😂😂

Back then I barely even knew what AI was!

So just a little reminder — these AI cake pictures are NOT real cakes. We can use them for inspiration, but sometimes what you’re looking at simply isn’t physically possible.

Tools out, cleaning, organising, moving furniture and giving the place a little makeover ready for his 20th birthday. How do I have a 20 year old… wtf!!

Bit of a strange one this morning…

Walked into work to find our front window completely shattered. 😩

No signs of anyone trying to get in, the security shutter was fully down and isn’t damaged at all, it sits over 20 cm away from the glass.

Has anyone seen this happen before or know what might have caused it? 😅
