Absolutely loved making this 2 tier farm themed cake for our grandson Harvey.
The bottom tier was chocolate fudge cake & the top tier was victoria sponge with jam filling. Both had 3 layers of sponge in them.
Couldn't wait to make this one as it was for our amazing grandbaby... love you lots Harvey.. xx

Loved making this 5 layered 6 inch wide K-POP cake for little Emily on her 6th birthday.
It was a victoria sponge with lashings of jam & buttercream. Probably the tallest cake I've done.

Happy birthday to Luca on his 18th birthday. Hope you have amazing adventures & lots of memories to make. This cake has 3 large 10' layers of moist chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream covered in milk chocolate ganache then covered in white fondant. Its a big one... the theme was America & Man United. I think we hit the brief do you?

For a lovely lady on her 60th birthday who is a Man City fan. This cake was a victoria sandwich cover in Man City colours with a handmade scarf.

Another absolutely classic. Loved creating this cake for my niece's 18th birthday with camera reels of her life so far in pictures. Hope you liked it .
It was 3 layers of chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream, covered in milk chocolate ganache & then covered in fondant.
Everything on top & around the cake was handmade, including the film reel, stars etc. The popcorn tub was also made out of cake & covered in the same coverings.

Loved making this 3 layered elegant victoria sandwich filled with lashings of strawberry jam, covered in white chocolate ganache & fondant, an amazing lady on her 50th birthday.

Had the pleasure of creating this beauty for an amazing couple on their 20th wedding anniversary. The bottom tier was a 10 inch fruit cake with extra cherries, the middle tier was an 8 inch & the top tier was a 6 six, both of which were victoria sponge with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream. Baking in 35 degree heat really tested me this week & thankfully with this anniversary cake being covered in white chocolate ganache & saracino white fondant it withstood the heat. This cake was also paired with a little gluten free cake to match.
