A Double Chocolate Kinda & Ferrero Rocher birthday cake🤍I’m supper proud of how it turned out & proud of myself too! Practise makes perfect🤩💓lots of hard work! And more cakes to come🤞🏼✨

Happy Easter Saturday🐣this weekend I’ve made some vanilla cupcakes using recipe!! 🤩they taste so good🧁 topped with mini Easter eggs and a vanilla flavoured buttercream!

Happy Mother’s Day!😘🌸bringing back one of my very first bakes a lovely Victoria Sponge! Classic and original🎂🤩a lovely soft sponge, with layers of cream and jam for the centre topped with strawberries 🍓 and a dusting of icing sugar✨😘

Starting this week with some melt in the middle chocolate fudge, gooey brownies🍫enjoy a chocolate brownie as a snack or you could even serve warm with some vanilla ice cream🍪

After hours of tempering chocolate, to melting to pouring into moulds we did it🍫😘and I’m pretty proud too! Thought I would share some of my chocolate work 🍫which had a melt in the middle ganache✨ 🤣
