Hi all👋🏻

Im back with a new Instagram, im embarking on a journey starting vegan cakes and bakes to fill my spare time! A little about me - I have been baking for as long as I can remember with my Mum and Grandma, I started properly a couple of years ago doing fondant cakes. However, I have switched sides and have now started buttercream cakes, specifically vegan 'buttercream' cakes! My life chang

ed back in March when I randomly collapsed while cooking, I was taken to hospital, spent over a week there and was later diagnosed with 2 neurological disorders and I am now dynamically disabled. My condition worsened and I ended up with paralysis in my legs and was in hospital for 2 months learning how to function and walk again. I am taking a year out of studying to concentrate on my health and do things I enjoy and then hopefully when I go back to studying I can carry on baking too! I have been vegan for a year now and I love it, the only downside is the lack of sweets and desserts! Another reason why I have started baking again so vegans with a sweet tooth, such as myself and a number of my friends, can enjoy a nice tasty dairy free cake! I have learnt from the last 5 months of sudden fibromyalgia, temporary paralysis, tics and seizures that anything can happen at anytime and its important that you do things that make you happy, so please follow me on my vegan baking journey🥰❤️
